Lunch time

                                                                               A typical lunch-time offering

This link provides details of the current lunchtime menu service which you can see runs on a three weekly menu cycle.

Don't forget, if your children get their lunchtime meal free of charge as part of the Free, healthy school meals - Southwark Council!

Here is a link to the Eatwell Guide (from Public Health England) – this provides a useful overview of what food groups make up a balanced and healthy diet.

If your child has a special diet and/or certain food intolerances, then we have a special diet procedure which contains a form for the parent/carer to complete and return – link here.

Free Fruit and Vegeatables For Early Years and KS1

The children in Reception up to Year 2 receive free fruit and vegetables through the school fruit and vegetable scheme, which is part of the Change 4 Life Programme.

These are readily available in the classrooms and we encourage the children to take a fruit or vegetable snack at set times throughout the day.

Milk

We encourage all children in Reception and Nursery Class to drink milk each day, the children are entitled to receive free milk up until they turn 5 years old. After this point the parent / carer needs to set up a Cool Milk account and pay for their child's milk online. Please go to https://www.coolmilk.com for details.
